OK, since the counter has increased more than 60 hits in just 2 hours after i explained to all of you to visit this blog, i can conclude that there are many people who have read the stuff i post here...
here is today's piece of knowledge I'll share:
the square lashing ; step by step revealed
square lashing is used to tie two wood at 90 degrees at each other.
to start it, first make a manok (clove hitch) on one of the wood
it should look like this
now start lashing to the other wood

there is a step after you make the square, if you notice the pic above, there is a few circles of rope tightening the rope between the wood . this method is called FRAPPING and it secures your lashing so it will not move at all.
to end a square lashing make a manok again on the opposite side of the first manok.
